Are your fragrances authentic?

Our standard is genuine fragrance in original, sealed retail packaging with traceable purchasing records. Read our authenticity standard for the full process.

Do you sell decants, testers, or opened bottles?

Our opening collection is limited to original, sealed retail products. Any future product format will be described clearly and reviewed for the sales channel before listing.

Are TikTok and Whatnot prices the same?

Platform offers and auction prices may differ. The price displayed at the checkout where you place your order applies to that purchase.

Where is my order?

Can I return a fragrance?

Contact us with return or product questions. Our store return policy will be published before checkout opens. Purchases placed on TikTok Shop or Whatnot follow that platform’s return and buyer-protection process.
