Our Authenticity Standard

Confidence starts with knowing what you are buying.

Every fragrance offered for sale by Forge Scents must meet our sourcing and receiving standards. We offer genuine fragrances in original, sealed retail packaging. Product images and descriptions must identify the exact fragrance, concentration, size, and contents being sold.

Traceable sourcing

We require supplier identity, purchase documentation, and the product information needed to review each shipment. We retain invoices and any applicable brand or marketplace permissions. We do not describe ourselves as an authorized dealer for a brand without supporting authorization.

Before a bottle reaches the store

We check the shipment against the invoice, inspect packaging and seals, verify the variant and barcode, and separate damaged or questionable units from sellable inventory. A barcode or batch-code lookup alone does not establish authenticity.

If something seems wrong

Contact us with your order number and a description of your concern. Photos of the box, bottle, label, and batch marking can help us investigate. We will explain the next steps and arrange an appropriate resolution for a verified product issue. Your rights for defective or misdescribed goods are not limited by our change-of-mind return conditions.
